M. Suzanne Green has been a trial lawyer since 1995. She specializes in Medical Malpractice and Civil Litigation issues which concern complex personal injury matters. She also offers experience in handling Department of Health Proceedings, 1983 Civil Rights violations and other Health Care related issues.
Mrs. Green received her law degree from Cumberland School of Law in 1995 and holds licenses to practice law with the Florida Bar and the United States District Court, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. She holds professional memberships with the Florida Bar and local Marion County Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, as well as being a Member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and the local Inns of Court. Mrs. Green’s book chapter, “Demonstrative Exhibits”, was published by the Florida Bar and LexisNexis in the Florida Medical Malpractice Handbook, Second Edition, in 2009. Her reported cases include Achumba v. Neustein, 793 So. 2d 1013 (Fla. 5th DCA 2001).
Prior to obtaining her law degree, Mrs. Green received her Bachelor of Science Degree in English Education from Florida State University in 1991 where she achieved Dean’s List honors. She also worked as an Assistant State Attorney in the Second Judicial Circuit for Leon County in Tallahassee, Florida. Mrs. Green now resides in Ocala with her husband, Edwin “Trip” Green, and their son, Jett.
